“Wow, I've learned my lesson! I bought epods from other internet vendors and have had to wait 4 weeks to finally get the order! I got my order from Buy Pods Now in 4 days from ordering. That's more like it! And the epods I bought are a dollar cheaper than the other vendors. Keep up this level of service and I will be a customer forever or until I quit smoking.”

“I placed my first order. I made an error. I immediately contacted hot pods to correct my mistake. I tried to cancel the order within 60 seconds of placing it. They ignored my information for multiple days. They said they could not cancel the order because they did not receive the request in time. And the pods were being mailed out. They actually never mailed the pods out for two more days. So I feel frustrated that customer service was so poor. When I received the order the pods were dark brown not Amber like I was used to.”
