“This was my second purchase and a bit disappointed. Two of the pods do not work. The pod is full of liquid but unable to use”

“This was my first time ordering from hotpodz.com. I received an i.o.u. in the mail with my order for 3 missing pod packages. They did not respond to email or voicemail. They did eventually respond via text but they can provide no eta on the products I ordered. I asked that the person communicating with them for me provide an alternative order from what they have in stock. They have stopped communicating again at this point. I have no refund covering the missing pods. I have no pods on the way from them that I know of. This is the first site that I have ordered pods from at this point that I would absolutely not recommend. Next step - complaint similar to charge back if we don't hear back from them soon. They appear as Rand Wholesale if you know of other shops that go by that name. It is sounding familiar to me so I may have to look a little further into where I've heard / seen that name before. :( HotPodz asked me to revise my "ANONYMOUS" review! I have no tracking for pods that from what I understand are on the way. ???? Let me know if you need me to revise this again after I receive my order. This was my experience here. Each buyer is (hopefully) entitled to their own experience with a business if they want one. Thank you.”
