“We have ordered several times from "Buy Pods" over the last few years. Unfortunately, they don't stand behind the products they sell. We have had several issues with a faulty product, and we received this reply from them. We sent you store credit via email for the 14 defective pods. You will receive a coupon code via email. However, Vuse is have a quality control issue and we will not be able to credit you if this happens again. We have notify them to advise them of this issue. Our apologies. Have a good weekend.
