“It is impossible to find an Apartment from HotPads. I send messages..emails..phone calls, yet still no new apartment. We've been looking for 2 years now. Just a huge waste of time and effort. Tell me why is it so difficult to rent an apartment with you? We just get the runaround..like a hampster on a wheel.”

“I've ordered several times and been very pleased however on my last order I didn't get my complete order. I ordered packs of 4 but got packs of 2. I'm missing 12 pods. I'll let you know how they correct it, I'm sure its just a mistake”
