Joon, Kristen has been communicating back and forth with you since you stated your order showed as delivered but never actually got to you. We offered to re ship the order even though what needs to be done is file a lost package claim. We would be more than happy to take care of you in whatever way you would like. I am not sure how you can say that we have zero customer service.

“Well, I will say that I appreciate the quick delivery, and the prices can't be beat, either! However, when I try to use the little card that comes with my package (it's for 10 percent off, and says "REPEAT10) I haven't been able to successfully use it the last several times I have placed an order, and I place orders for a significant amount of money, too, usually at least $150! So, that little discount means a lot to me! That being said, I will still be ordering from Buy Pods Now, because the prices are decent and there is a great selection too! Thanks!”
