“I love working with you. you’re awful quick sending them out. One thing disappoints me the six pack for the 2.4 You really don’t have them available I think but once I was able to get them and when I did get the six pack, I think I bought four or three of them. The two pack was so dark that it actually tasted terrible so I threw it away, but nothing to complain because I’m very happy with your company and I will stick with you. Thanks for your great Customer Service.”

“The prices are good and having the items in stock is a plus. You have to plan at least a week in advance when you order or plan on making a trip to the local store to get more to get you through. Another drawback is having to be home as an adult to receive the products. After numerous purchases it should be noted that you are old enough and it's ok to leave the products without in person visualization or showing an id again.”

“BPN's turn around time is excellent! From ordering to being shipped to my door is usually 5 days. Their customer service is also excellent. I once order the wrong products by mistake. It took 1 phone call to straighten it all out. They replaced my items and guided me through returning the order. They even sent me a shipping lable for the return. Very good company. I highly recommended them.”

“shipping is fairly fast. It's kind of a pain to have to sign for them upon dilivery but I do understand why. Some pods don't seem to work well.at first I thought it was the battery and sometimes it is but when you have new charged batteries and still it doesn't work well well then it has to be the pod. otherwise it's great.”

“They seem to run out of liquid nicotine very quickly. I can't afford to buy so many because they really do seem to empty much quicker than ones I buy in the store. I don't understand why but they definitely empty much quicker.”
