“Great site with unbeatable prices and top notch customer service ! I had a small problem with my order (not to any fault of theirs) and Kristen my CS rep really went above and beyond and took her time to communicate with me and make sure I was taken care of. “My package was delivered promptly and neatly. However i wanted to try the Menthol flavored pods and I received Classic Menthol instead. It was a new flavor as it was advertised but thats not what i received. To continue being a customer I'd like to have you remail me the correct order.... Ty! I'll wait to hear from you if you are interested in my business.”
