“Very knowledgeable and friendly. My 1rst Oder I never received e-mail confirmation that order was received. Many days later I called and explained my disappointment. He checked tracking number to see when it would be delivered. It was delivered the next day. I don't like how I have no idea how to check my e-mail for tracking delivery of product. Need better tracking visability on email.”

“Everything was great except for the length of delivery. It should give a option of standard or express. Also, didn't give me a time frame.”

“You take too long to issue credits. I tried ordering twice, and it would NOT take American Express. So I switched to CapOne and it went just fine. Then, all of a sudden, with No Order numbers to back them up, You charged BOTH Amex cards. Still, no order numbers. And you're taking your SWEET TIME to issue credit my Amex cards. I got one credit, but where's the other one? This happened on November 18th; today is Nov 30th. I think I've earned a Lifetime supply for the headaches you're giving me.”
