“Hi there. I recently bought 5 cartridges of tobacco flavor. But 1 of the cartridges does not work. Im not sure how to contact you, but would you be willing to replace the cartridges for me? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you. - Dustin”

“I'm happy with the product but shipping packaging need to be improved. I have been ordering SOL disposables and they are being shipped in an envelope that is not protective enough for the journey. My last 5 or so orders have had multiple defective units in each box because the envelope was damaged by handling and the batteries were activated during shipping rendering them useless. I am about to stop ordering from you because of this one issue. PLEASE consider shipping these in a box.”

“The Vuse products are excellent. My only complaint is the shipping times vary a lot due to low inventory.”

“I like everything about this company except for when there are coupons available, they do not apply to VUSE products which isn't fair.”

“I am glad to be able to buy Vuse Ciro pods on your website. What would make me even happier: If you would sell the Ciro unit, too.”

“I was very happy with the easy online checkout and fast shipping. I only have one complaint. There should be free shipping, some sort of discount for customers spending over a certain amount of money, or subscription savings. I just spent $140 on 10 vuse vibe refill boxes. I would buy here more often if this was offered. The other place I usually buy from online is only $120, with a subscription. They constantly have shipping issues with either slow shipping or not shipping on the right day. The worst is when shipments stop altogether in my area because someone is not checking i.d. with a signature or carrier changes. There's never a notification to let me know until I'm almost out & realize they haven't shipped.”

“The vapes and prices are good but shipping is a bit expensive. Having to buy $125 worth to get free shipping is crazy. Should be $40 and over you get free shipping.”
