“I buy from "buy pods now. Com ". I love the prices and normally fast delivery but can't give 5 stars because i only buy disposable vapes and 1 out of 10 do not work out of the box but because of no return on disposables i throw those in trash but even then it is cheaper than shopping locally. I realize they are made in china but beats going back to cigarettes with all the hacking that goes with those. Thank you for your company.”

“I love this company, i had to talk with custmor service once an i have to say they were excellent, im so greatful i came across them i place an order at least once a month an there shipping policy is on point! i receive my products with in a day or two! “Fast shipping, arrived a day sooner than I was expecting. The item descriptions could be a bit better - I was unaware that the extra cartridges for the uwell kit I ordered included coils since the coils are also available separately and the cartridge description doesn't state, so I ended up making an unnecessary extra purchase of coils by mistake. Not a huge deal though, if I were more knowledgeable I probably would have been able to figure it out but I've never purchased a vaping unit before (I was using disposable Leap pods prior to this). Overall great experience. Fast shipping, customer service responded to my question promptly via email, great selection, and fair prices. Highly recommend these guys!”

“Used their website a few times and was happy initially but they made some changes recently. My biggest complain with my last order was the delay in processing and the higher shipping price compared to earlier orders. For my previous orders I paid $4-5 for shipping but for the last one I was charged almost $15 just for shipping. I decided to place the order anyway since I had already used their services in the past. However, it took them 3-4 days just to ship out the order. If the shipping would've been delayed in transit I would've understood that it wasn't their fault but the order wasn't fully processed till 3-4 days after paying for it. If they expect to pay a high amount for the shipping, it shouldn't take almost a whole business week to process the order.”
