“The pricing is good compared with retail establishments in my state. Shipping can be a little long and someone over the age of 21 must sign for the shipment. This for me creates an issue; usually I’m not home when the mail comes and the drive to the post office is 10 miles away.”

“The item I ordered was oversold despite still being on the website, and I was contacted a few days after putting in my order by a worker to either cancel my order or get another item. I had to get a specific item so I asked to cancel, but then they offered the same item in another color. Don't know why they couldn't have done that in the first place, and the interaction took multiple days. The website promotes fast shipping, but then my order took about a week after being contacted to arrive. This is a very untrustworthy website and I will not be using it again. If you're going to promote fast shipping, make sure it actually works out that way. Alot of updating is needed.”
