“Have yet to receive my order from Feb 28th and when I look at that tracking number it only states the label has been created. It has been a month and a half and nothing. Haven't received any replies when I have written customer support either.”

“My package arrived in less than a week, and both of the pods I ordered are amazing! They are Juul compatible (something I was mildly apprehensive about) and they taste SO GOOD!! Will definitely be purchasing from this site again.”

“Great company, definitely will be ordering again! There was a mix-up with my package (no fault of the company’s- it was USPS’s error) and they immediately shipped a new package the next day. The products are the same as my local vape shop sells, but are SO much cheaper through Hot Podz even after I pay shipping on it! They even offer more flavors than the shops local here!”

“when I first used this site shipping was super fast, and i could use coupons to help save money. Last few times I tried to order it would not let me use coupons anymore, so I found another site to use for most of my order needs that are a lot cheaper, even without coupons.”
