“Fast shipping , products I buy are always in stock and the 1 time I had a mistake on my order (out of probably 100 orders) customer service was amazing in how quickly and courteously they handled the resolution. Very happy with their service and won’t buy from anyone else”

“The item I ordered was oversold despite still being on the website, and I was contacted a few days after putting in my order by a worker to either cancel my order or get another item. I had to get a specific item so I asked to cancel, but then they offered the same item in another color. Don't know why they couldn't have done that in the first place, and the interaction took multiple days. The website promotes fast shipping, but then my order took about a week after being contacted to arrive. This is a very untrustworthy website and I will not be using it again. If you're going to promote fast shipping, make sure it actually works out that way. Alot of updating is needed.”

“It is always correct and on time. It is outrageously expensive. I have a hard time receiving it because I am handicapped and the post office requires a signature,. Sometimes I have to arrange for someone else to pick it up for me because the post office is Has become very unreliable and they male no effort to deliver. I know the post office is the problem. Post office sucks!”
