“You take too long to issue credits. I tried ordering twice, and it would NOT take American Express. So I switched to CapOne and it went just fine. Then, all of a sudden, with No Order numbers to back them up, You charged BOTH Amex cards. Still, no order numbers. And you're taking your SWEET TIME to issue credit my Amex cards. I got one credit, but where's the other one? This happened on November 18th; today is Nov 30th. I think I've earned a Lifetime supply for the headaches you're giving me.”

“For MONTHS I have been trying to reset my password so I could apply points. Because this proved to be unsuccessful, I was eventually told to place my order, then inform Elaine of my order # so she could apply points for me... which I did... sent her an email.... and rec'd nothing. Jeff, the tech person was to call me (numerous times).. He hasn't yet. Apparently, he is the only person that can help fix my password reset... does Jeff even work there? So nothing has changed that would help your customer's satisfaction. I simply do not understand why this is such a problem. Your product is great... customer support, sadly, not so much. I send this anonymously because I fear future "attitude".”
