“Took to long to mail me my pods. 12.00 dollars postage should have been here by now. Been a while. Wednesday am now do not have my pods yet you took my money so now send them to me. Randy Koehn. Now Saturday and still no pods. Credit me back and canx my order. Thank you”

“I never did get my order. It get lost in the mail and then I had to deal with Route to get it replaced. Long story short I never did get my pods and it took weeks to get my refund from Route. I was under the impression that's why we pay for the shipping insurance but, they don't do ANYTHING until the post either returns the product or it goes a work week once reported lost. So, no real reason to pay for the Route shipping insurance. It really does you no good in the end. I don't know.. Its Money and partners first then customer. Too bad they could have had me on the hook for 80.00 a month. Maybe more...”
