“The worst rubbish and waste of money I have ever spent!..bent in half and blew over after 1 windy night.been told by Diana at Toolport it isn't guaranteed against weather and has sent emails basically laughing at the situation. I have informed trading standards, my credit card company and eBay who have said they are dealing with it.I will be going to the small claims court. Inferior goods not of merchantable quality supplied by people who are happy to rip people off and laugh at them. Disgusting!”
“I ordered I 4x8 marquee from them, the cover couldn’t fit over the frame so I called and emailed them sent pictures and video. The man that was dealing with me 1st said they will replace it but they were out of stock for 3 months. I waited and emailed him back call call still to this day he busy. I the talked to someone else who said they would refund me, the phone was put down and I haven’t been able to get her either. I would never buy from them again really bad customer service I didn’t want my money back I just wanted I working marquee.”

Terrible company to deal with!
7 days to reply to an email, even then we only recived a reply after opening a case with paypal.
Currenlt awaiting a full refund that hasn't been offered by House of tents (toolport) they would rather drag it out through paypal despite having collected their terrible quality goods already.
If Paypal don't refund me ill need to go through the small claims court and report the company for fraud.

“DO NOT BUY FROM HOUSE OF TENTS / TOOLPORT. i spent £625 on a 6x3 tent and it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. please read reviews from all sites and you will understand why! 4 out of 5 boxes arrived, with several parts missing, and the white panels were dirty...it looked like an unchecked return had been sent to me. i've made several phone calls to their various numbers, of which only 2 have been answered, i've sent even more emails, each with their own "ticket numbers" (their ref nos.) EMAILS ARE NEVER FOLLOWED UP by a real person, just an auto response, when i spoke to customer services they told me to email saying i want to cancel the order, i have done this, but still no response. this has been going on for 2 weeks and i now feel i have to contact trading standards and the small claims court to try and get my money back. it's a lot of heart ache from a uncaring company!”
“Terrible customer service and poor quality products. The initial order and delivery was prompt. Put the gazebo up and the legs sheared / within 5mins and following their instructions. Website says robust - that is not so. Tried to speak to their customer service department but they never answer. They do not follow up on emails either. I followed their cancellation procedure and returned the product at my own expense. Still nothing from a House if Tents or TOOLPORT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”
