I registered as a customer with the House of Tents in 20019 when I ordered a Gazebo for my garden. I have since required a replacement roof after a storm, as well as a few minor enquiries regarding side curtains.. In every case I have received a most helpful and speedy reply. The new roof arrived four days after my request.I wish all service and support departments were as good as The House Of Tents. My recent enquiry concerned cleaning the fabric after winter; Gary replied with an answer by email the same day!

We purchased a 6x12 metre marquee from House of Tents in August for a birthday party and couldn’t be happier with it. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was very quick and all the parts arrived promptly and well packaged.
The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the marquee surprisingly simple to set up and take down. The quality of the marquee itself really impressed us. It was sturdy, looked great, and worked perfectly for our event.
