“Excellent service from H S Johnson I wanted a solar powered watch and after some research I decided on s Citizen Eco watch. I contacted Steve Mason at HS Johnson and asked a few questions about the watch and whether s steel bracelet was available. My questions were politely answered. The price was very competitive and the history and reputation of the company was highlighted on their webpage. Therefore, I chose to buy my watch from H S Johnson Naseem Ahmad”

“I am a highly satisfied customer following my first purchase from HS Johnson which was an internet order for a Casio Edifice. The watch was in stock and it arrived promptly the next working day. Though as my luck would have it, the purchase didn’t go without a hitch – through no fault of the merchant I hasten to add! It turned out that my particular watch had a manufacturing defect involving the second hand. Steve and his colleagues were most polite and helpful over the phone, in helping me determine the fault. It is quite a complicated watch in terms of going through the functions, but once it was clear that something wasn’t quite right, Steve offered to send a replacement upon my returning the defective one. This was promptly actioned and within a couple of days of returning the watch, I received the replacement, this time in perfect working order. Steve pre-adjusted the bracelet for me (on both occasions) and even refunded my return postage, which you can’t say fairer than that. I am most impressed with their customer service, in particular the after-sales side. And I am very happy with my new watch. I should be more than happy to purchase from HS Johnson again. Marcus”
