Buying the watch was extremely easy however receiving the watch is another matter buy ing a few watches a year from overseas I have never accounted this problem no delivery over all dissatisfied

It left here as normal with Royal Mail Unfortunately the courier has been experiencing delays due to a cyber attack from Russia, see below, apologies, all items are arriving but can be late with limited tracking information showing https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-64249540 Many thanks Regards The H.S.Johnson Team

Really poor Watch quality. Tried to find out how I could return it back but not straight forward procedure. I’m not going to buy from your company anything else

We have had no commination from you at all just this review, to return you send it back to us and ask for a refund and as long as it is still in new condition and you have had it for less than 30 days we will refund you, not sure how that is not straight forward, perhaps you should have asked if you where unsure ? also for reference to readers this watch was £15, not sure what you where expecting ?

Hi Check your tracking, they tried to deliver it and you need to contact them to collect or rearrange delivery, we have told you this multiple times, please contact the courier Regards

It has been a month and I got no update about my delivery it say that was attempted to delivery the package and was no response and you left a note But there was no note or attempt on delivery because I was in my house in that time

I am very happy with the item I have purchased. Unfortunately I am very disappointed that in order to get my watch I had to pay an extra €35.00 in taxes. When I have paid online on your website the total amount included the delivery and therefore I should have received my parcel directly at my door without adding any extra money. For this reason I shall never purchase anything else in the future. The fact your country is not part of E.U. any longer should not affect and penalize people who keeps on buying from you. There should have been more transparency on the matter when I first purchased the watch. €35 in taxes it is a very high price to pay.

Disappointed: product was dispatched 4 days after the purchase & full payment and on the 14th day tracker shows product is still in UK. I expected a better and quick service.

Seriously ? You ordered 12 days ago, it is going UK to Australia, for £9.99, you ordered at the start of the Easter public holidays, it left the first day after and in enroute with Australia Post's website saying items are delayed due to covid issues, please have realistic expecations

Utter rubbish ! you ordered on the 30th March, today is the 8th April and it's out for delivery despite you being in the USA and us in the UK

As you are aware it has been sent, the issue is your country has a huge back log with parcels due to covid related staff shortages

You ordered on Dec 27th, it was delivered on the 8th Jan, despite Christmas/New Year backlogs and closures and a worldwide Pandemic

Duplicate review !!!! We replaced the broken part of the item with a new one and refunded your return costs, you didn't like the fact we returned the original item with the broken piece replaced but we had to do so as you had badly damaged the packaging when opening it on arrival, you clearly didn't like this hence your review but we did zero wrong here.

I think most people understand that if you import items from another country you get charged import costs by the country you live in, your government charges this, it is nothing we do with us charging you for it
