Ordered a watch on 23rd Feb and due to a lost parcel by DPD it never arrived. After chasing HS Johnson four times for an update and to request a replacement or refund eventually sone 5 weeks later on 30th March they agreed the item would not be delivered. However the item was then out of stock. Granted, it wasn't HS Johnson's fault that the item was lost by DPD but to make a customer wait 5 weeks wasn't very customer focused in my opinion. Anyway ordered the same watch from The Watchshop and it arrived the next day.

Quite a complex affair as you had asked the courier to deliver to a neighbour after a failed delivery that for some reason seemed to mix things up. Unfortunately we have to wait for the courier to agree it is lost before acting in these circumstance's, wish we didn't, but experience proves we have to wait, apologies.

I haven’t got the watches yet. Called to the Post of Russia, but get the info that the package is still in GB. By the way, my previous “purchase” (earrings) were not delivered at all and H.S.Johnson also did not pay off or try to send it again.

We have one order from you only in the last 4 years ? on the 26th Dec, which has been sent but will take some time as we are in the UK and you are in Russia, at Christmas/New Year time, during a pandemic with issues all over the world

Very disappointing in the product I received. I ordered a watch after Christmas only for it to arrive and not be working! Surely these things should be checked before sending them out to paying customers. Normally with new watches you get plastic covering over the face of the watch and something over the straps to protect that. Having this shows what your buying is new as well! Mine had none of this and the strap looked worn and marked. When I emailed to say how unhappy I was I was told that “not all Tommy Hilfiger models come with the protection”. Since sending the watch back and ordering else where it appears they do! Very disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is they refunded my money very quickly but this should never have had to happen in the first place.

Do not use Israel Postal Service. It will ruin your reputation. Many other good delivery services operate here. I still have not received my package more than a week after it arrived in Tel Aviv

Your order was sent on the 6th December to Germany from the UK at Christmas in a worldwide pandemic, it is now the 16th, please be patient, the world is broken, expectations need to be lowered not heightened at this time

I am not satisfied. When I ordered the watch, it looked like a Canadian website, but it turned out that my watch was in Britain and it had already been 2 weeks, and the watch had not left Britain yet. Start using DHL and there will be fewer claims ...

The website states clearly where we are based, the UK The worlds couriers are all facing major disruption due to covid and Christmas, you can see that clearly from the tracking you received DHL and there like are also affected and many many times more expensive

The watch still did not arrive yet after a few weeks... The Brexit is maybe due to that. Nevertheless that was once and never again.

Actually i have ordered a watch but it got stuck in custom since 04-sep-2020(today is 14-Sep-2020), as what have been informed to me over mail, i am new and have no idea if anything like this gonna happen if we will ordered a watch from UK to India, but i wish H.S. Johnson. is a big name, they must have told their customers these kind of things before confirming their orders. Regards Ankush Sharma

Hi Ankush As explained to you by email it is in the customs dept of your country, things are slower due to a worldwide pandemic which is particularly bad in your country, we are only at 14 days since your order so nothing to worry about as of yet, pretty normal delivery timescale Regards H.S.Johnson
