“Value was good and delivery times was fast. The box has tears and scratches inside and out. The watches tone did not appear to match the website, but still looks nice I guess.”

“The purchase was fine. No problems with it. However communication was non existent. No notification when the item was despatched. I made enquiries but got no reply. I only found out when I went to Royal Mail with the slip.”

Ordered 19th April, today is 27th, going from UK to USA for £9.99 shipping and is at your local sorting office already, so have to disagree i'm afraid

“Products are spot on, ordering was easy, prices are competitive, post to Europe appears cheap but comes in at a high cost due to import taxes leaving a nasty taste - Brexit has spoilt international shopping. I won't be doing that again. Not the shops fault, have a nice day.”

“It’s a little premature to be writing this seeings how I have yet to receive my product. I have reached out but was told it is what it is. Not very comforting and not how I’d like my 1st transaction with them to go. I will hopefully edit this once and if I do get what I ordered”

You ordered on Jan 10th, it was sent on the 11th, we are now on the 19th, we are in the UK you are in the USA, in a pandemic at a time when the worlds couriers are experiencing huge issues, as we have explained to you.

As you are aware it has been sent, the issue is your country has a huge back log with parcels due to covid related staff shortages

“I got the watch I ordered at a very reasonable timing. It was also fitted correctly according to my request. However one of the pins wasn't inserted correctly into the link, and I don't think it's going to hold long. This is kind of annoying TBH.”

“Delivered ahead of promised date.! But whilst the watch delivered on Tuesday, it stopped working on Thursday - I will go to a local jewellers for a new battery and hope that resolves it…? If not, I will send it back.!,”
