“I meant to receive the parcel the next day and it's been 8 days now, they have lost it and never got the parcel till today. When I contacted them they said I have to wait till they finish investigating the issue. I have ordered it for someone as a gift and its too late and I ended up not gifting them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order here. That's my opinion”

I think you are mistaken, you ordered on the 9th, it was delivered on the 10th, you said you had not received the items so we asked the courier to look into it, it's good to know that is no longer needed and that they were delivered as the tracking showed in the first place.

“Shipping even with the delays nurses. I have ordered from other companies in your locale and received in 5 to 6 days. With H S Johnson I have to say it is a joke. Once I receive (if I ever do) my order, I know with the reputation the product I ordered has, will receive a great review. IF you want H S Johnson take your order back and credit my credit card and I will be more than happy to shop elsewhere. Your reviews tell a different story, makes me wonder how with customer service how you can stay in business other than local buyers. Not a Happy Customer at ALL. Again, I have not received my order.”

“Purchased a watch as a birthday gift for my mother and ended up receiving an empty box! Contacted the company and experienced the most appalling, unprofessional and disgusting customer service ever!!! Shockingly I was made to feel as if I was the culprit. It’s been a week already and no updates so far on my issue. WILL NEVER MAKE THE STUPID MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL WARN OTHERS ALSO!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“I would love to write a review but I have yet to receive my watch. I ordered it on April 15th and tomorrow will be April 30th. Still no watch. For a long time the post office said it will arrive on April 26th but that day has come and gone. No updates available.”

“Horrible experience. We returned a watch within thirty days. My wife wore it a few times to see if she liked it. She ultimately decided it did not work for her and they refused to refund anything. Stay away from this retailer!!”
