“First class service”

“Had been very near to purchasing this particular solar powered Casio Ediface chrono watch for some months locally, but had been put off when the shop where it caught my eye, suddenly increased its price. I looked online and found H.S Johnson had the watch I wanted and it was £28 cheaper. The reviews of H.S.Johnson were excellent so I chanced my arm - the one where I wanted this watch to sit ;) - and I bought it online. It arrived within two days, a whole day ahead of schedule, very sturdily packaged and clearly it had never been out of the box. I had the kit to adjust the strap myself (H.S. Johnson do offer a watch adjustment as part of the pre-delivery) and within 5 minutes I was up and running. It is a very nice watch and I was delighted with the purchase and the excellent service.”

“Was impressed by communication and watch was shipped out and provided with tracking right away. Shipping to Canada was very fast, was worried about taxes at the border but didn't have to pay anything extra”

“Fantastic service from H.S.Johnson never had any issues. Everything is well packaged to prevent damage. Got my order the next day which I wasn’t expecting to be so quick. I’ve bought a few royal slengor Star Wars figurines for my Star Wars mad husband. I’m sure he’ll love his next edition on his birthday on Star Wars day. 🤣 I’ve never had to contact customer services with any queries or complaints so I can’t rate that part. I’ve always been a happy customer and extremely happy with my purchases.”
