“I had been wanting this watch for a very long time and thought I missed my opportunity to own it. Then I found it with H.S. Johnson. It arrived like you would expect from any high quality retailer. I am more the satisfied and look forward to conducting business with them again. Shipping time was not their fault, but was due to the USPS customs office.”

“Outstanding customer service at a very difficult time, going the extra mile to help with an exchange of an item that was too small and being extremely quick and efficient on every level both then and when I have purchased from them since.
