“Actually i have ordered a watch but it got stuck in custom since 04-sep-2020(today is 14-Sep-2020), as what have been informed to me over mail, i am new and have no idea if anything like this gonna happen if we will ordered a watch from UK to India, but i wish H.S. Johnson. is a big name, they must have told their customers these kind of things before confirming their orders. Regards Ankush Sharma”

Hi Ankush As explained to you by email it is in the customs dept of your country, things are slower due to a worldwide pandemic which is particularly bad in your country, we are only at 14 days since your order so nothing to worry about as of yet, pretty normal delivery timescale Regards H.S.Johnson
