“Ordered a watch from this Jewellers . Arrived the following morning - well packaged and Special Delivery for FREE ! Can not fault the service . Sometimes it is far better to buy from a smaller retail outlet . There customer service is faultless so i am very happy .”

“Companies that deserve an unrivalled 5 stars are rare. HSJ are one of these companies. I am absolutely gobsmacked at how fantastic and smooth service was from excellent prices, fantastic quality and particularly how they managed to get my product to me in such a short turnaround (less than 24 hours!) with such fair delivery prices. If I'm being honest, I didn't expect this level of online service from a company I hadn't heard of before but I am overly pleased and will definitely be using again. Fantastic store, others should take note.”

“This was my first online shopping experience with H.S.Johnson and hopefully it will not be my last. I was looking for two watches for myself and they stocked them both at amazingly discounted prices. I phoned the shop before ordering online and did a stock check with staff who were efficient and polite and also fully explained just how prompt the delivery service was, as I didn't want the watches turning up on a day I wasn't home. After this I ordered them online myself and one day later they arrived, well packed and brand new as described. Initially I was skeptical of the low prices as I thought the service would fall short somewhere along the line but I was very pleased to be wrong. I'm extremely happy with the watches and the prices I paid for them, as well as the service I received at every point of the process. If you're hesitant like I was at first then don't be. You won't be disappointed. Many thanks to H.S.Johnson.”

“I was a bit unsure as this was an online company I hadn’t heard of before but the option to pay with PayPal was reassurance. Glad I made the choice to shop here! Best price I found and was delivered quickly. They provide updates on your order via e-mail and parcel arrived same week I ordered! The watch I ordered was a gift and was amazing quality both watch and box it came in! Will definitely be shopping here again!”

“Fast, tracked delivery and well packaged. Already the best price on the internet and offering discount codes on top! It might be worth mentioning in the description for this Certina watch that the rubber strap needs cutting to size however I didn’t see that information on any other websites either. I will definitely recommend when I hear someone is looking for a new watch =)”
