“Ordered a watch on line and it arrived extremely quickly and was via Royal Mail and had to be signed for. The only concern I had was that the packaging was not very good and because the watch box was quite a bit smaller than the box it was packaged in, the area with no box had got quite squashed and had a small opening. As the watch came with a free gift of some earrings it was extremely lucky that these had not fallen through the hole.”

“The service was fine and speedy. My reservation is that the watch packaging was not pristine, which I do expect at the price. The plastic film covering the watch face wasn't on correctly and the plastic covering on the back of the watch case was crumpled so badly I have had throw it away, as I couldn't have given it as a gift in that condition. Also, the watch has not been set to the correct time, but I am not confident enough to set it correctly, so will have to give it without it being set.”

“Very fast delivery, order sent late Sunday. Monday afternoon it was delivered to the Royalmail. Hence delivered to sweden same week. Good service.”
