3 weeks in a row ive had a poor service! Disgusted! Tonight was given a time, food didnt turn up - no one phoned to let us know, after 45 minutes speaking to a so called manager - rachel - with colleagues making silly noises in the background, to which she could not answer as to why they were doing that, i recieved the money back that i paid for an order i didnt recieve - thanks!!

The worst service ever deliveroo?? Deliverpoo. Still wating been over and hour and a half. Not happy, still hungry. Avoid unless you want to be hungry.

Awful service!!!! First order came late and was completely wrong!! No drinks with meals and my youngest meal was missing plus 2 side orders! Everything was correct on the receipt so not the restaurants fault. Maybe the driver should check order before leaving!! I called customer services because driver wasn't interested and was offered a re order at no extra charge to me,, how Decent if them to not charge me twice! Second order still hasn't arrived after an hour and half so rang to cancel to be told my refund will take up to 10 days to go back into account. Re ordered food with Uber eats and was here in no time and correct. Never again will I order with deliveroo !!

Inflated prices. To order from one local restaurant, Deliveroo charges a 60% mark up on the restaurant's prices - and that's before they charge for delivery. Ridiculous.

The worst company ever, ordered food, got the message that food is left outside the door, checked that, food was not there and they would still charge me for the food I did not get. After long discussions and nerve braking talk they agreed to make a refund. Not ordering there again.

Deliveroo cant find a rider to deliver my order. Not very good as I'm hungry and the time estimate keeps getting longer and my food must be sitting there ready atthe restaurant getting cold! Im starting to think no one will ever deliver it and if they do it will be inedible.

I don’t know what checks they do on drivers but I have a number of restaurants on Deliveroo and I am shocked with the calibre of drivers that pick up the orders. They are rude, aggressive and start shouting in the restaurant in front of customers if the order is not ready and when you complain to Deliveroo they don’t do anything. I have banned Deliveroo drivers from entering the premises and they must wait inside. I really do wonder what background checks Deliveroo do and if they even know if their drivers are insured. Terrible!!!

I've ordered something from a cafe. Not only it did not arrive on time, but the app said that it was delivered when it wasn't. I had to call them to tell them otherwise they would have taken the money. FRAUDULENT. Apparently the driver spilled part of the order. No option to have the same stuff redelivered, only 'Deliveroo points' or a full refund. I won't use them ever again.

I ordered food. They said they couldn’t find a rider so we drove to the restaurant to pick it up after speaking with Deliveroo. Customer service. Got to the restaurant and a driver had picked it up in between. Food never arrived at the house. 40mins on the phone to customer service for a credit back to my account for the money spent. Still with no food. Appalling.

I ordered food recently. I watched the delivery guy sit on his bike outside my building for 4 minutes (he never attempted to call me) He then drove off. When I called deliveroo customer services to question this; The agent attempted to call the delivery guy- he was not answering!!  After two attempts of calling,the agent finally got through to the driver, which he then said "he drove up to my road and saw a guy waiting outside, so he handed over my food" (to a unknown person waiting outside"....)  Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous.....  NEVER AGAIN will I be using deliveroo.

Offered discount as new used which got taken away at checkout so went to just eat and found that the exact same order with exact same restaurant saved me £13.66 by not using deliveroo! It’s appalling that you mark up the food so much!

Worst service I have ever received. Ordered my food and was told it would arrive within 1 hour. A hour went by and still nothing. I called them after 2 hours. They advised me they can not find a rider and cancelled my order.

The driver's behaviour was inappropriate towards a woman. The pizza arrived in a terrible condition. It seemed like some of it was missing.

If I had I would give 0 stars.. Worse delivery services ever! Had food delivery, they couldn't find driver for 1,5 hours, cancelled my delivery. First and last time for me with deliveroo!

I think they are really bad as they don’t even have a courtesy to tell customers that they cannot deliver. The food was ready in the restaurant but nobody to deliver. Thanks from a starving customer.. I hope you thrive Cheers

Ordered food, Deliveroo kept changing times and delivery driver 2.5hrs later still no food had to cancel order as they still couldn’t find a driver. Worst delivery service I ever had . They shouldn’t advertise certain restaurants if they can’t have drivers to pick the food up.
