i am so disappointed with to say that the deliveroo services are so bad they always mistakes addressed and never get a refund back i think that they shouldn’t honestly be doing this service as they can’t keep there customers happy

The delivery driver insisted he was at my address and wasn’t tried to give him directions but the language barrier meant he didn’t understand he insisted that I had to meet him where he was parked to get my food as I have a disabled son at home and can’t leave him my food wasn’t delivered

very bad company when comes to hiring. specially comapny they used for dbs check insecure make sure dont do dbs with that company . totally wrong ' that the advise. first there website not work properly when you submit DBS CHECK they send you copy of all wrong information not held by DBS .

Super angry with Deliveroo. Horrible customer satisfaction when you write to them. They basically told me to shut up and live with it.

I ordered today and food was never delivered. I explained the postcode was wrong, and deliveroo dismissed this by saying we cannoty refund. The driver called when delivery was meant to happen, I told them the postcode is wrong, and he just said I will call deliveroo. That's it. Unacceptable.

I am absolutely disappointed as I have just ordered at 7:45pm at Nha Trang. I have called around 8:45pm asking if there’s another rider that can pick up. However I got refused and said it’s already assigned. So I wait & wait again and then til 9pm, it said the food had arrived. I have checked and it haven’t arrive so I called again. It was actually the rider didn’t pick up and not notify me. I was so hungry and ended up cook for myself. This is very ridiculous and it had happened several times already for the food come really late.

A cancelled order, followed by a frustrating half hour trying to get someone to engage with. Then no help nor solution offered(no food substitution even though I was prepared to accept almost any other restaurant)and money back in 5 days time ! I happen to be broke, and practically begged for a substitute meal or an instant refund.... answer was just sorry no ! So you provided no service to me, just aggravation, and you took my last money for the wekend ! I’m hungry, I’m cross, and you couldnt care less !

I placed an order yesterday, I received it incomplet so I was forced to order part of the food again and they charged me twice the delivery fees. I also have different charges on my card, all from my burger king order yesterday, one of £ 28.04, £ 30.54 and £ 4.69. As a result, I have my meal in 2 different deliveries 40 minutes apart,I have been overcharged (£63 for 2 burger king menus) , I have had to pay for their mistakes and in their chat service they have not helped me at all by accusing me of being a liar. I feel very disappointed with what happened and I am thinking of taking legal action since nobody seems to take me in consideration

I was enticed to sign-up for their Deliveroo plus subscription due to its benefits. Once signed up I noticed non of these benefits or saving spoken about (turns out to be a pointless subscription). Cancelled my subscription by following the cancellation procedures on their website, but they have continued deducted the subscription fees from my account, even though they have confirmed that the subscription has been cancelled. Their quick to take your money and throw their T&Cs in your face but they only apply the clauses that benefit them. I would not recommend Deliveroo to anyone

NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL; AND VICE VERSA Warning! Deliveroo operate unlawfully and illegally. The case due demonstrates that deliveroo refer to service aggreement and a contract. Yet after the N1 form is competed if they refuse to turn up to court they loose plus costs and if they do turn up to court they loose plus costs as they can not demonstrate a legal contract exists (fraud act) and they do not give thier definition of 'reasonable' FYI Deliveroo gave me an email on 19th Feb 2021 giving me 7 days before my account will be terminated.  Unfortunately the algorithm coearces riders to break the law, take unnecessary risks, park illegally and put themselves and others at risk to meet your service standards.  Also deliveroo allow a driver /rider to carry on working after assaulting thier own delivery partner in Westgate centre Oxford (benitoes hat) The manager needed surgery and is permanently damaged. Yet deliveroo allow this certain 'rider/driver' to not only carry on with a 2nd court case pending, previous prison time for similar offences the gentleman in question operates two Deliveoo accounts together and many complain. No equality under law and deliveoo do zero. All details are avaliable of this.

DO NOT ORDER from Deliveroo. I have been a good customer since the March 2020 lockdown for groceries which are fine, but takeawaysch as Nandos etc are appalling. I ordered from Nandos and everything was overcooked and dry. I complained to Deliveroo, but they said nothing could be done, needless to say the dinner went into the bin and I wasted £20. Do not order fast food.

Horrible customer service (for France as well) - a bunch of thieves. Please order elsewhere. I had another account with them when I was in Brussels and I was a loyal customer. They will seem like a great app only when things go smoothly, as soon as you need their support, they will vanish. The app told me my order was delivered, it wasn't. I tried to speak to multiple people asking for a refund, no reply. Then, they suspended my account saying I was told that they cannot do anything about it and I was leaving unfair reviews. NOBODY reached out to me about the order, leave alone gave a reason why they couldn't help. Will never order again and actively tell people not to. I paid 21euros and waited 2hrs for food that never arrived.

Food came cold and soggy and when i send i wanted a refund they straight out send no. Very poor customer service best going elsewhere for your food orders.

Ordered a delivery of food from a local supermarket. Deliveroo sent an invoice showing the cost, but then debited my credit card with a higher amount. I queried this with them and they asked me to send evidence of what my credit card was debited. This was sent and then they ignored me. Of course, I WILL get my money back (because I don't let companies cheat me), but why they overcharged me in the first place is incomprehensible.

Four out of 10 times the food was not delivered although the driver claimed it was delivered on the app. When you call customer service there is a good chance they hang up on you hence you have to continue calling them and explaining what happened every time. Once they address your query, all they can offer is to place the order again, which means waiting for another 50min for your food! Ridiculous. I hope the driver at least eats/gives the food to someone and they do not bin £63 worth it of food! Avoid them. Either go and collect yourselves or use Uber. They are not worth it the hassle.

If I could give Zero star, I would. Very poor customer service. Ordered 3 meals from KFC just now, the driver didn't deliver all the drinks and wings. Phoned the restaurant straight away and confirmed the driver left them at the restaurant. Contacted deliveroo "live chat", they not willing to ask the driver to fix the issue, I don't believe they don't have any drivers available to pick up half of my order, to fix this issue. Clearly customer satisfaction is not priority. I have cancelled my deliveroo membership and out of principle we will not use Deliveroo again.

ordered a delivery from Best Chinese through deliveroo who stated 70 minute wait. After waiting 2 hours 40 minutes no delivery so i cancelled the order but was refused refund as food had already been made. I refused the delivery at my front door after i had decided to have some beans on toast instead i ordered at 1945 it arrived 2137 no refund given

they are so inconsistent! their drivers are not trained at all when you complain you get ignored and you feel like they hire people with sub zero IQ to deal with your query. Very frequently drivers text without buzing and just disapear with your order. by the time you complain the person on the phone makes it sound like its been a while since the driver texted you.
