Hi Slawomir, Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our 3-mmc. We do put tremendous attention to the quality of our products. All batches are lab-tested, and HNMR results are available per request. But a lot of factors may influence the end quality & outcome of the research. Please also always report such issues to Customer Support, RC Team
