“Absolutely excellent service there was a problem with delivery completely not the fault of realchems but they sorted it none the less they always responded within a few hours max. Products were excellent too but have to say very impressed with customer service”

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience Delivery dates are highly dependent on the shipping method, so we always encourage customers to choose DHL or UPS, which are insured and usually take less than 1 week within the EU. Have a nice day! RC Team

“Received my order in 15 Days, NL to CAN. Although the shipping was quick, it took a while to ship. I had to contact them about it. Apparently the order info got lost, but they fixed the issue and sent it about 3 or so days after that.”

“The order was a little late, it came in 1 month tho, the customer support was very responsive and they replied every time i asked about my package. The research chemicals are top quality and a lot of good research was done.”
