“I had a bad experience with this supplier. We had an intense exchange for several weeks, where they took more than 10 days first verifying my instant transfer, then claiming they shipped the goods, just to turn out they never did, despite the inaccurate tracking number they shared. Then they claimed I sent the wrong address and finally that the post office does not recognise the post number (which every post office does recognise). I finally had to request my money to be paid back, which also took some time, but I did receive it eventually. This was a highly stressful experience, I had to threaten the company with poor reviews and social networks postings to ensure I at least get my money back. I would never undergo this stress again.”
