Thanks for your comment. We are sorry to hear that the parcel came in later than expected. I can see in our database that your order has been shipped out later as we couldn't match your payment. The order number was missing in the description and the name of the account was not matching with the order confirmation. For a fast delivery we request to inform us the order number in the description of the payment. I hope this explains the late delivery to you. “The tracking was not given, causing me a lot of problems receiving the package when I explicitly paid for tracking. I finally managed to get it tho so, but the email responses were painfully slow (1 week to reply)”
