“I made a purchase and the package received was empty. After contacting customer service the only response was a code for 10% for my next order, which I received this time. So I lost my money on 1 order of 60 €.”

“Vous pouvez acheter sans problème n'écoutez pas les messages de junkie prend 1g air mail quand il reçoit il écrit super realchem et quand il a pas reçu ils disent c'est dès escros moi même pour 2g je prends suivie recommandé prenez toujours avec suivie sauf pour 3mmc c'est fini pour la France le jour où il ont envoyé les mails,ma commande de 5g étaient partis Bon produit,ya mieux c'est sur mais mieux que la concurrence.maintenant la 3mmc j'achète un autre car standard j'avais pris 10g black friday j'ai pas reçu j'étais ennerver pendant 6 mois je n'achète plus chez eux, jusqu'à je suis revenu, en quelques mois j'ai dépensé 600€,si les produits été pas Bon je n'aurai pas acheter, mais la commande de black friday le service client n'est pas bien par rapport à d'autres mène standard je recevais réexpédition,, maintenant je c'est pas comment je vais faire j'ai 576 point et j'avais oublié le mot de passe,je essaie de mettre Un nouveau ça marche pas,si ça marche pas je n'achète plus car 576 point ça me fait Une commande de 57€.. si vous lisez service client svp aidez-moi mon mail je le tappe mot de passe oublié avant pas besoin c'était automatique, et Un jour j'ai mal manipuler,je tape le nouveau mot de passe,le premier ça marche devient vert ET pour le confirmer ça.marche pas,,,car l'autre shop où j'ai commandé hier le suivie il est déjà en acheminement Demain où jeudi je reçois àvec realchem ça dure longtemps, il est rester 6 jour en transit,,,le shop où j'ai acheté synthecaine et HEXEDRONE 3mmc15gramme c'est plus cher mais de meilleurs qualité et ils ont bcp de produits ya Un C,-electrinique 22€ 10ml,4F- adb , équivaut à 20gramme d'herbe c'est très fort 1ml suffit,ya de la 3mma..3,4ctmp, METOXEPHENIDINE, EPHINIDINE, HEXEDRONE 25€ maïs cristal fin, synthecaine comme l'a cocaïne meme effet 1g.20€,5g 65€.. realchem ya 4Fma,3fma,2fdck,je veux acheter 5g de chaque, mais pas avec Un nouveau compte je veux récupérer mon compte,,, acheté partout realchem.shayanashop, Chem eu,,,rg8,, mais pas planète CHEMICAL,3mmckings, golden CHEMICAL, attention à vous de la merdé,, bon courage.”

“I have ordered more than once and the products have always met my expectations. The only thing i can recommend is to avoid untracked shipping but I find it pointless to put a negative review for an aspect that is not directly dependent on the company. Great customer service!”

“Shipping could be better. If you ship without a tracking number, its likely to not get to you. It’s been near 3 weeks since “shipment date” apparently and nothing turned up. Not anyone’s fault, just don’t have high hopes.”
