first of all, i want to appologize for some bad reviews i made earlier, which were the result of me being impatient and trustless because after i made the order and received the tracking code, this tracking code took a long time (more than two weeks, which is longer than usual) to even get updated on the tracking system, which got me thinking that it will never do but it did update eventually, and the parcel got shipped, and i received it succesfully, but i haven't got to try it yet and i suppose this delay in shipping is not entirely their fault, but the courier company's also, either way it's something of an annoyance apart from this, i'd like to thank you and wish you and everyone the best of luck

Thank you for your review Anes. We can understand the frustration sometimes. We fully depend on the speed and trustworthyness of the couriers we use. And unfortunately they do not always have a very high score in that. It gives us a bad name, but we have to deal with that. I am glad that everything turn out well. Hope to see you back soon.

Ordered twice, first order arrived in a couple days and all great, at the second order payed a couple days ago i did not recieve any further updates about expedition, the support is of no help at the moment.. So from my experience it's a 50/50 chance you'll get what you pay for .. Update.. I did though recieve the order a bit later than expected.. Thank you RC

Hello Sergiu, I can see that your order, placed on the 12th of February, has been shipped and you should have received a shipping notification with tracking code. Our customer service aims to reply any question within 24-48 hours (during business days). So please be patient. Kind regards

Sometimes flawless, sometimes very frustrating customer service. They now refuse to reply to my emails through which I try to get the product I paid for have actually delivered.

Hi. I payed for my order, i open it today but it arrives on friday. But the problem was that, when i opened the dpd paper bag with name Cas Nicolay and other info, there was your’s special mylar bag as always, but when i opened mylar bag nothing was in there. I don’t understand how your team can do a mistake like this. I was supposed to receive only 1g of 2-FMA in the package, but instead I received only an empty package. Thank you Realchems. I hope it will be resolved somehow, as I don't know how to provide you with proof that there really was nothing there. It's an assertion against an assertion.

still waiting on realchems to either ship what was missing in my last order or at least answer my emails, it's been a month now and all i got is radio silence. i had issues with few orders in a row, last being 2 items missing out of 5 i ordered. i was promised reshipment od those two, got tracking number and then - nothing. tracking says package was never handed to the delivery service and customer service doesn't respond to emails. i lost money and i'm utterly disappointed.

Sorry to hear about the issue. It is not okay that you didn't hear from us that long. I asked our customer service to look into this to see what the issue is. Unfortunately it sometimes happens that we do hand over the parcel but not being processed. It can be that it has been missed by the courier, but we also have cases that they get stolen. Of course we will use the policy we have in place and re-ship to the policy rules if you have chosen for a tracked shipment.

We encountered a problem at the first shipment. Despite some delays and misunderstanding in the answers of the support team, their services have always been very kind and focus on solutions. Very happy to have purchased to RC
