“Ok well first off I’ve already given a review but ok!.. let’s do this!,. Well for starters ty very much for sending the little keychain keeper that was awesome... now when it come down to my acrylic taster box and matching bat, the item was advertised as a red/black taster box... but I seen the pictures and could see that it was orange not red but other than that you guys were great I got my stuff rt on the day that I expected to.... thank you very much and I would like to become a tester of your products if that’s possible”

“Great experience all the way through. First off I received my package earlier than expected which was great. Second I got plenty of tracking information email to keep me up to date. Last but not least the product came in unscathed and with a discount coupon. Can anyone really ask for more ?? I don’t think so. Great job Ryot and thank you for the Kannastor grinder it’s absolutely wonderful.”

“Wonderful Experience The discount they gave worked great, products arrived quickly and as advertised. I also had to make a return for a case that didn't work out, sent it back and was refunded my money promptly. It's always worrisome when you have to do that, but worked out just fine! “First off, I love the design and consideration of this piece. I bought an early make in 2020 (more of a black glass opacity?) that got knocked over (RIP). For the most part, the tolerances and attention to detail are very high and it is a lovely water pipe. My critiques are 1) the cork on the bottom is slightly off-center. 2) the new downstem cracked in half the first time I cleaned the piece 3) critique of the website: look and feel of the experience doesn't reinforce confidence (ex: Message that item is added to cart is displayed red, feels like an error when it's a good thing. Some overlapped text in checkout sequence.) Again, the Traveller is wonderful object, but there is room for improvement in the execution of UX.”

“I was very happy when I talked to a customer service rep and they helped me. I was upset cause I bought an order and heard nothing for 3 weeks after my purchase. Then I finally got a reply to tell me that the order I made was out of stock. So the rep asked me how they could help and and helped they did. I am pleased and will do business with them again!”

“I love the products. They are good quality and last long. I’ve had no issues with this company. Even shipping is fast.
