“Shopping is very easy on the Ryot web site. I appreciate the videos. Each and every product is beautifully designed right down to the rich wood, metal and acrylic. I recently had a question about how to clean the one-hitters, and Customer Service responded promptly. The internet tells you to clean them with alcohol or vinegar. DONT use these, as they can ruin the lovely metal, wood and acrylic they're made of. I soaked (non-wood) them in a bowl of warm water with Dawn for a few minutes, and then ran through with pipe cleaners until they came out clean.”

“After much deliberation (and seeing RYOT’s gear splashed literally *everywhere that sells dugouts—great job, marketing team!) I chose their metal dugout in blue and now anxiously await its arrival. Easy to use website. Lots to look at. I look forward to seeing the dugout acquire a patina from years of handling. (It’d be cool if dugouts changed color over time as some bowls do!) Stay tuned.”

“This Krypto Kit is the perfect size. There are interior and exterior spaces for cards/papers. The canvas is sturdy and looks like it’s going to age well. I’m using the 3” walnut glass tip bat (12mm) with this kit and a standard Bic lighter and everything fits perfectly. Thanks for making another great product RYOT!”
