“I've bought multiple dugouts and lose them. I finally bought the new beautiful red chocolate one and the dugout came with no spring for the bat. It didn't bother at first until herbs started falling out when I flip to take it out. Aside from that, it's great and I always recommend it to anyone who sees me use one.”

“The pouch i got worked great. I used it everyday. The only problem was the zippers. My first pouch was the soft material small pouch, big enough for a hitter and lighter. Was great but zipper jumped the track and fell off after 2 months. Then i had the hard shell small case that lasted 2 weeks. It worked good until the top of the zipper broke off. So the zipper is still good just doesnt close well and is hard to close. Also the stupid material over the zipper get rid off. I love the pouch but overall i had 2 pouch that lasted me 2.5 months and costed around 50 bucks. I got 1 more pouch coming will see if it lasts or got to find new pouch but love the idea”

“Quality is good. Still going strong. Consistent grinds and does not overshred. I am still bummed out I did not receive a pick in the box of the grinder.”

“Great company and customer service. Just wish they shipped right away instead of 3 or 4 days after you paid… especially if you paid for over night delivery. :/. Thanks riot .. other than that not bad… so ryot saw this review and gave me reply.. AS IF I WAS ASKING FOR A RESPONSE FROM SOME KIND OF COMPLAINT.. OR OR WAS ASKING A QUESTION OR HAD ANY INTEREST OF HEAR the same explanation as was in the shipping statement.THIS IS A REVIEW.. why would you try to change my opinion after the fact .. BY Not doing anything or actING AS IF I CANNOT READ OR to maybe do something offensive to a repeat customer.. .. IM JUST GIVING AN HONEST REVIEW OF MY LAST EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY.. A review that you asked me to do .. I volunteered for this hahaha crazy ….”
