“product arrived in an open, UNSEALED box and the item looked dirty like it had been used. customer service was super dismissive and told me they weren’t going to do anything about it. *addendum* was told they intentionally cut open the boxes in their warehouse for “quality control”. this is sketchy and unprofessional. i am more than happy to just take a refund but that doesn’t seem to be an option. buyer beware. exorbitantly priced products from a company employing questionable business practices and zero interest in their customers concerns.”

“Great experience from start to finish. But what I appreciate the most is the up to date info on every step of my order from when they received my order to drop off delivery. It’s nice to know some businesses still value customers”

“Customer service was awesome. When our order was accidentally mixed up with another customer's order, RYOT promptly rectified it by re-sending our order immediately and they let us keep the other products sent by mistake. The quality of the products is also top notch and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Website was easy to navigate. We had purchased a ryot dugout on one of road-trips and hadn’t been able to find them in our area! Awesome to be able to order them! Great product we love ours!”

“Great battery life for the size, easy to use, incredibly discrete. The plastic is high-quality, but personally I'd pay extra for a metal version with a passthrough. It probably couldn't be nearly as small & discrete, though. Awesome product!”

“Works nice. Decent hits. Smooth flow. Nifty device. Battery life is about 4 runs when set at 400. It's not some giants plume making device either. If you want the thickness in your rips, don't get you hopes up with this. This is a slow and steady wins the race type deal.”

“Company had great communication all the way thru with my order being delivered! Ordered a large pollen press and it was constructed very well. Quality aluminium just a bit short on overall length. If the press was twice as large us big handed dudes could work it easier. 5 out of 5 stars for quality, communication, and intended function. Made great coins!!”

“I have bought a few items from here all have been great. The only issue I had was my spoon bowl broke at the base. I just used some glass glue and put back together worked well ever since. The vaporizer I bought workers really well did not understand how to use it the first time watched a U tube video on it and figured out the tricks. The cases are really nice also.”
