“At first I had no idea who or what ryot was until I looked it up and remembered. Love, love, love the product of yours that I have bought twice now and will buy again - the little one hitters that look like a mini cigarette holder; adore the colour variations and designs. Love the feel of them, the look, the ease of cleaning and for me the ability to pack it with exactly what is enough for me of the medicinal item I put in it. Cleaning is great. I unscrew the bottom piece, put them all in a little pot with water and boil it. Once boiling I toss in some baking soda, which foams up and cleans out all the gunk from the inside. Perfect in every way, even the price. Glad to hear you are still hanging in there, Thank you!”

“I am so impressed with the customer service that was displayed with a question I had in regards to my order. The response was almost immediate and so professional and the concern for my over all experience and satisfaction was definitely the main priority that they even payed for my packages to be shipped via FED EX I am currently thinking of ordering the GR8TR Jar Bundle, See that what I mean this company really does try and save you money cause COVID makes it hard on all of us , thank you RYOT for making it ease for us to enjoy natures gifts with your lovely gadgets and niffty tools. “The Verb by Ryot has changed my smoking game, it is not only extremely convenient and discreet but also very user friendly for someone who might be new to vaporizers. I am on my third vaporizer body at this point with one belonging to my spouse. The smoke evaporates quickly and the smell although pungent when inhaled doesn’t bring about too much attention. Quick and easy to use and change out - the top load feature is so fun for on the go no grinder smoke. Overall i am a big fan of the Ryot products and look forward to any new or updates releases.”

“Shopping is very easy on the Ryot web site. I appreciate the videos. Each and every product is beautifully designed right down to the rich wood, metal and acrylic. I recently had a question about how to clean the one-hitters, and Customer Service responded promptly. The internet tells you to clean them with alcohol or vinegar. DONT use these, as they can ruin the lovely metal, wood and acrylic they're made of. I soaked (non-wood) them in a bowl of warm water with Dawn for a few minutes, and then ran through with pipe cleaners until they came out clean.”
