“This is a gorgeous sofa and I am very happy with it. But it only gets 3 stars because of the horrible delivery experience I had. This wasn't the delivery partner alone. I put the blame with Heals and their poor customer service. They could have sorted it out with a little bit of listening but they were perfunctory in their response. I won't buy from them again.”

On third day it was delivered and as son had to return home by that time I had to pay someone to assemble it Took 20 minutes”
“Not used the product yet. Pre delivery arrangements a nightmare. Worst we have experienced, and definitely disgraceful for a premium company. The actual delivery was good, and carried out efficiently and pleasantly.”
“The candles are fine and arrived undamaged- gift for someone else. The delivery costs were expensive compared to other shops and delivery date was confirmed too late to leave any alternative instructions ie few hours before delivery attempted. As I wasnt in they took my parcel to a location I never routinely visit. So I paid quite a bit for the inconvenience of having to go out of my way to collect it myself.”
“Table and chairs lovely. Communincation with delivery provider in Scotland very poor. I had to chase with Heals twice in order to obtain a phone number for the delivery company.”
“The glasses are nice but the home delivery service is a pain. Twice DPD said they tried to deliver but claimed they couldn’t despite there being someone home on both occasions. We picked it up from a local store as it obviously suited the DPD guy better.”
“All ok till the guys delivering the table ripped the thread on the table bolts. They accepted the fault, photographed the bolt and informed us that the table would be replaced by Heal's and we would be contacted. Four weeks later I had to contact Heal's who then wanted me to photograph the bolt and send, with details of the problem, to their office. They identified the problem in the first place and should have dealt with the issue without my intervention. An inspector has now arranged a visit to examine the table - I look forward to his visit and the outcome.”
“Hi, the colour was lighter than I was expecting and not as deep green which was disappointing. I don't feel it matched the colour shown.

“Bought this light online, only to open the box and find it damaged. This was the same for the replacement item that was sent. So instead I went to the store to collect another replacement as 2 Heal's representatives stated they would check the item to confirm it was undamaged, but guess what, that one was damaged too. So another 2 weeks wait for another one to be ordered which, you've guessed it, was also damaged. Initial order date was 28th February, and I am.still waiting for a response to the complaint. Nice item, shame about the company's attitude.”
“The fitting is stylish and looks very good except that one of the pendant lights does not work. The nationally register firm of electricians installing it says that it is not wiring one of the 12 lights is faulty. This was reported to Heals at York on delivery. Nothing has been heard since.”
“Looks nice but completely overpriced. Came in very environmentally unfriendly packaging, lamp shade had a strong chemical smell, and probably only cost £10-20 to manufacture”
“I bought both sofas at the same time. They were delivered within time, the 9 weeks, unfortunately there were problems with the gold cognac one, as the feet were added at home and ended up not straight.
I then experienced a nightmare with Heals customer service which has made me stop further purchases of furniture from Heals. A full nine weeks have passed before this matter was finally resolved. The contract fitter had to cut away excess material left under the place for the feet, and sort out from a box of replacement feet one that was decent, he suggested the manufacturer was in Italy and the feet were completed "by hand".”

I asked for a fabric sample that never came
The bed was pre assembled so it wouldn’t go up the stairs The delivery men couldn’t get away fast enough
So disappointed in Heals this time”
