“I really like this unit; it's perfect for display. However, I was not pleased with my delivery
as the deliverers refused to assemble it; they claimed it had to be fitted to the wall and they ere not empowered to do so. Sotheby's merely unwrapped the boxes and attachments and left them standing on the floor. I was not informed of this situation beforehand and I believe I should receive back part of the £79, which I paid for delivery and assembly.”
“Beautiful chair - do not buy it from Heal's. The service was disappointing, and I had to wait 16 weeks rather than the advertised 8 weeks. You can get the same product elsewhere.”
“A fabulous table and bench which looks as good at home as it did in the shop. Our only complaint relates to the delivery team who assembled the table and bench - they were neither professional nor engaged but more importantly applied no care nor attention to detail when applying the feet protectors. After they left, we discovered that each of the felt pads (8) had been stuck down poorly, effectively incorrectly aligned. As a result our new wood floor is not protected and neither does it look great!
NB We have complained and simply requested 8xnew pads which we will apply ourselves. We look forward to resolution.”
“Great product. Shame it took 4 months to be delivered with constant communications from me. Was sold as available for Christmas. Got £50 compensation but only because of the constant communications. Very disappointing as Heal’s are not cheap”

“Love this lamp and bought it twice. But am surprised heals asked me to write a review as after 30years plus as a customer I had worst customer service ever on live service and when I raised a concern they ignored it then said they would write back and I never heard another word. So the lamp I love heals not so much”
“Bought the balance lamp to match my ceiling light and it looks good - hope it last a few years as cannot replace to bulb is a downside.
Also not happy review requests coming through at 4am !”
