“My friend loved the minifigures. Delivery took longer than expected for an RM24 (over seven days) but other than that, delivery was fine.”

“Order received very quickly after order . Lovely touch when I opened the package , the item was wrapped in Lego magazine paper and had a little bag of Lego sweets as well. I would def order again . Only doing 4 stars as item was slightly more expensive than other sites . Great service thank you”

“I paid for 3 mini polybags. But I was expecting minifigures, even the name does not mention not just minifigures in the chance. Not expecting polybags that had ships and vehicles in any way. I even bought from the Minifigure Store, so it's understandable I expected minifigures. However, I did like the thank you surprise.”

Although we are called "The Minifigure Store" we do sell nearly 4000 different LEGO items ranging from Minifigures to set and even teddies. The product description does state a random selection however I do understand that this could maybe be made slightly clearer. If you are eve not happy with your order we do offer the option of returning the items for a refund. Please get in touch with us if you wish to do so. Hi Gemma Sorry to hear that you didn't receive your free gift with your order. I have had a look at your order and it appears that it wasn't added to the cart successfully. If you're planning on placing another order then please let me know and i'll get that added to the order for you, plus you'll also be able to have one of the other free gifts from the promotion too if you spend over £20 again! We have 2x new free gifts arriving later this from LEGO that we are adding to the current promotion :-) Alternatively if you aren't planning on placing an order any time soon I can have the Batcycle foil pack sent out in the post for you. “Excellent Lego minifigures, arrived very quickly in their packets but I couldn't see a way of knowing which was which since they were from the same series so this makes it hard to give as gifts.”
