Not all on them but note to read the description! Mini fig Orders arrived in tatty grip seal bags, one was open in the envelope so bits where everywhere and the second has a really nasty looking torn cardboard backer in it. So if its for a gift you will need a better way to give it.

Hi David, I'm sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with what you received. Some of our Minifigures are split out of complete LEGO sets and therefore do not have packaging to accompany them, the "series" Minifigures are de-boxed and sent without the complete box (as advertised on the website) as otherwise they would have to be sent via Royal Mail as a small parcel making postage must more costly for our customers. The helmet was missing from thanos, there were no instructions on the build.

Hi Sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the item. Unfortunately the LEGO Foil Packs do not come with instructions inside like a normal LEGO set would however these are available online and if you were struggling without them we could've sent you the link to the instructions if you were to contact us before leaving the review. Regarding the missing helmet please do drop us an email containing your order number and the issue so that we can rectify this for you. Hi, sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the items purchased. Within the description it does state "Assembled and supplied together in one bag to reduce plastic waste." to advise customers how these would be received. However we do offer a full refund on return therefore we would've been happy for you to return these back to us for a full refund. Kind regards Adam

Hi Eleftheria, The Marvel advent calendar has individual doors that are numbered to be opened on each specific day up until Christmas. When you have the item there is a flap that opens up that covers the front of the box which will reveal all of the numbered doors to be used as an advent calendar. The website is horrible to use, endless overlays and popups. The menu is completely transparent so you cannot red any menu options, looks more like a scam site just through poor design. Get rid of popup overlays that stop me doing what i want to do on the site and fix the menu please.

Hi Gareth, Sorry to hear that you've experienced issues with the website. I have tried to address the issue of the transparent menu today and I hope that this has now fixed it for you. It's an issue to do with cached versions of the website within your browser but hopefully the fix today has sorted that. With regards to the popups and overlays I appreciate your feedback on that, although this is the first complaint we have had about them so far but if we do continue to hear more we will then look at them again to see what we can do differently. If not in a private browser when looking at the website it will recognise what has already been shown to you and not usually show those again. We really appreciate your feedback as we take all comments on board and look at what we can do to offer a better shopping experience across the board. Kind regards, Adam
