Orderd a lego set, it arrived ontime and i put it away for my son for Christmas. It was the disney 100 steamboat wille set. He opened it today to find one of the bags inside holding the lego pieces was slit. A few pieces where lying in the box but one larger piece of the set is missing. Disappointing.

Hi Orla I'm so sorry to hear that you were missing pieces and that one of the bags were split inside of the box. Ordered a plush, and light up keyring. Then the next day I get an email from them telling me they are now both 40% off. Great, now I feel much better knowing I've lost out on a load of money. Won't risk buying from here again and stick to bigger shops.

Haven't checked the figure as it's a gift but it was wrapped really poorly and the package that the figure was in had been cut open and stuck back with sellotape. Because the outer packaging was so bad, the bag the figure was in was all screwed up and in bad condition! Wasn't impressed at all! Thought I'd be safe ordering from the official store but I wish I'd got it off ebay, would have arrived in better condidtion! *RE-EDIT wow! Thanks for that reply! The packaging was awful. No bubble wrap or protection in the parcel. The bags themselves looked like they'd been screwed up and thrown in a plastic bag. I would have expected a bit more care from Lego then the figures being screwed up and slung in a bag! I expected a better standard from the Lego store! There wasn't anything in the description either about the bags being damaged to see what figure it was. I'm not familiar with the running of the Lego store so didn't know that. Like I said, I was expecting a better standard from Lego! Disappointing!

Hi Emma Some of the Minifigures are snipped at the corners and resealed to enable us to identify the exact Minifigure that is inside so that you can purchase the specific Minifigure you would like rather than a blind bag and not knowing what you are going to expect. The bags can sometime get crumpled even in the retail boxes from being packaged in the LEGO factories and unfortunately we don't have any control over this. If you are not happy with the item that you have received you can of course return this back to us for a full refund without a problem.

Hi Elizabeth, Unfortunately as the Minifigure you ordered was part of a larger LEGO set there are no instructions for this Minifigure. However if you need any help with this then please do let us know and we can assist you with this.

Still not arrived via Royal Mail. They left a note to say tried to deliver & will redeliver the next day then nothing. No tracking reference ID number or anything to try & travel it!

Hi Kelly Unfortunately what Royal Mail do we have no control over, however if you were to contact us we could have helped get this resolved for you. I have checked the tracking and this was delivered on 7th September for you to which I will email you the tracking number now so that you can check this yourself. usually tracking numbers are sent out automatically with the ORDER SHIPPED email but upon checking I can see that for some reason your tracking number was not included in this email so i can only apologise for this.
