Hi Melissa I have looked over all over the customer service provided with your order and can see that you did not receive "poor customer service" this response is clearly down to the fact that you wanted your postage costs refunding and also wanting to return 1 of the items after it had been opened. I ordered two items... Dr. Facilier and Moana Pua Mini pig. What I got is the Dr Facilier and a small bag of sweets. When I called to speak to someone I got a recording telling me to send an email, telling me that the email would be answered straight away.... I'm still waiting.

All emails are usually replied to within 24 hours, therefore the reply may have gone to your spam/junk folder. Hi Mark, Sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived with us as of yet. i have checked the tracking number and can see that no delivery attempt has been made by Royal Mail to deliver this package meaning that it may have been lost in the post. Hi Paul I'm incredibly disappointed to see you left us a poor review before even contacting our customer services? Leaving a 1-star review for an online business is akin to throwing a brick through its window - the disruption it brings to both the business and staff morale is immense. If you did not receive what you expected, when shopping at the supermarket, would you brick their windows? Before even asking the store for help? We can sort this out for you, the post has probably lost your order. All you have to do is tell us there's a problem, and we will resend the order. I still haven't received the minifigure and it had been 2 and a half weeks. Also I had to pay €5 on customs for a minifigure that was €7. Ridiculous!

Hi Nina Unfortunately we cannot dictate how long the delivery takes once your postal service has the item. The quicker the customs fees are paid the quicker the item is despatched to you from the postal service. You chose to order from the UK where customs and duty charges are applicable due to importing the item (which we also inform you of at the checkout with the following message: "£3.99 via EU Shipping - 0% VAT - Import duty and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer") if you are unhappy paying the customs charges (that your country applies and is nothing to do with us as a business) then I would advise that you don't order form the UK. You will also notice that no VAT is charged when ordering from us as we are shipping the item outside of the UK therefore some of the cost of the customs charges is the import tax applicable for your country. If you contact your local postal service they will also be able to give you a more in depth explanation as to what the fees were for. I would also advise that you use the tracking number provided to track the delivery with the postal service to try and chase up the item as if you have paid for the customs charges this is usually delivered within a couple of days afterwards. Hi, you have purchased an individual Minifigure as shown on the website. These are the Minifigures/Minidolls only. We are an authorised LEGO Retailer and only sell genuine LEGO which will be visible on some of the parts if you look at the item. If you need any further help please feel free to reach out. The Lego lamp is extremely poor quality. It’s meant to be colour changing but as the rubber casing is red, only 2 colours come through - red, and orange. You can’t see the purple or green etc at all which means the colour changing feature is none existent and the lamp is a waste of 25 quid! I have also emailed the company 4 days ago as I wish to return for refund, and am yet to receive a response. Very poor.

Hi Helen Sorry to hear that you had issues with the lamp. We buy these products direct from the manufacturers and use their descriptions to advertise the products as they state they are. We do however offer a money back returns policy for all defective items and this could've been returned back to us under this policy. I have also checked the email replies to your emails and can see that every email was replied to, did you check your junk/spam folder to see if our replies ended up in there for some reason? We believe in offering the best service possible and if you read our reviews 99% of our customers will shout about the service they received, I can only apologise that you've had issues with your purchase. I thought these would be sealed surprise packets to wrap up for my kids for Xmas. But they just send a bag with mini figures in as though someone else had all the fun. Or I nicked them from someone’s house. I wasted my money on this

Within the description it does state "Assembled and supplied together in one bag to reduce plastic waste." to advise customers how these would be received. Hi Yvonne Firstly I do apologise for your order not arriving with you as of yet. As explained at the checkout when placing your order we do not charge VAT on orders outsid eof the UK and you would be liable for import duties and taxes if applicable "0% VAT - Import duty and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer" I have also tracked your order and I can see that this has now cleared customs and is waiting for your postal service to deliver the package. Hi, I have just tracked your order and can see that this package is currently with your postal service as they are stating that your address is incomplete. Please contact your postal service with the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation email to arrange delivery with them. Lego is very small you charging twice more than on Lego official site , which I finding disgusting. Will never buy again definitely would not recommend

Hi Anna, Sorry to hear you're not happy with the price charged however this is an exclusive item to LEGO stores and therefore we charge a little over retail price as we have to pay full retail price on the item you ordered. However the full price is displayed on the website when ordering therefore if you're not happy with the price I'm wondering why you placed the order for the item? Kind regards Adam
