Hi, sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the items purchased. Within the description it does state "Assembled and supplied together in one bag to reduce plastic waste." to advise customers how these would be received. However we do offer a full refund on return therefore we would've been happy for you to return these back to us for a full refund. Kind regards Adam

“Found just what I was looking for for my grandson, some of his missing Lego character mini figures from series 2 and 4 to complete his collection. Grandson is very happy, being autistic making Lego relaxes him. Easy to navigate and order from website. Fair pricing. Fast delivery and well packaged. Brilliant, will certainly be buying more from The Minifigure Store in the future.”

“Order received very quickly after order . Lovely touch when I opened the package , the item was wrapped in Lego magazine paper and had a little bag of Lego sweets as well. I would def order again . Only doing 4 stars as item was slightly more expensive than other sites . Great service thank you”

Hi Yvonne Firstly I do apologise for your order not arriving with you as of yet. As explained at the checkout when placing your order we do not charge VAT on orders outsid eof the UK and you would be liable for import duties and taxes if applicable "0% VAT - Import duty and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer" I have also tracked your order and I can see that this has now cleared customs and is waiting for your postal service to deliver the package. As around 6 days have now passed since clearing customs I would advise contacting them to see if they can provide an update for you. Kind regards Adam
