After 6 months of having the mattress THE DIP appeared, feels more like a big hill in the middle. I complained and someone was sent out to the house, and guess what, dip wasn’t big enough!! Told everyone I know not to ever buy one of these mattresses and was not cheap when we bought ours. Back has been in bits ever since and these are suppose to help you?!?! If anyone here has replaced their mattress do comment and let me know the best to buy? 2 years later haven’t been able to afford another one, but I can’t take any more of it :(

Bought this mattress about 2 years ago. Initially it was comfortable but I am now on the lookout for a new mattress as the dip which has appeared is no good for my back. I find replacing a mattress after 2 years unacceptable and I have to say my back problems started about 6 months ago about the time the mattress began to sag. Disappointed and would not recommend.

I am on my second Hyde and sleep raspberry mattress in 2 years, it’s dipped, lumpy and sooo uncomfortable, apparently it’s faulty but not faulty enough for a replacement. Iv had a bad back for the last four months and was considering a new career, and stopping the gym, iv been taking tablets for the pain, but after sleeping in the spare room for a few nights in the extreme hot weather, my back is totally better, which I am sooo shocked about, I have this mattress on finance and am still paying for it, iv been told there is nothing I can do as it’s not faulty, my back begs to differ!!!! It’s the most iv ever paid for a mattress and totally disgusted at what’s happened, judging by the reviews I’m appalled they are still making this mattress, I will never shop at Dreams ever again!!!! The pillows are also terrible, I bought 2 they were expensive and lost their shape after a few months, feel absolutely conned!!!!! What a waste of money!!!!!!

Bought a £599 Hyde &Sleep hybrid double in 2018 and now having to replace due to sagging, it's feels like you are going to roll out of bed ! Going for a Emma Original this time as we have already have a single and it is very comfortable also cheaper than what I paid back in 2018 (£407.55) which includes waterproof mattress protector.

14 months and now has big dips either side and mountain in the middle. Dreams sent an inspector who has found that it is within manufacturing tolerances. Why are Dreams selling such a bad mattress? It is obvious from the reviews below they are rubbish and at £800 a complete waste of money.

Very comfy initially. Bought this mattress from Dreams about 16 months ago. It's a King size and we rotate the mattress on a regular basis. The mattress now has quite a pronounced dip on one side. My wife now finds it very uncomfortable. Waste of money, will stick to spring mattresses from now on.

Initially this mattress was great but after six months the problems started. A dip formed in the bed ( I am 5ft 3 and 57kg ) and sleeping quickly became torturous. I have neck and back problems as a result and I am a 30yo! Do not buy!

I bought the Hyde and sleep mattress as my first hybrid mattress in 2017. It came with 100 day guarantee and is spent £600 on it. From the first night in was uncomfortable and I started experiencing baCK and neck pains. My husband felt the same. But I thought it was the stress of moving and how could such an expensive mattress be causing pain? - I got so busy I missed the 100 night window. over a year and a half on this is by far the worst mattress ever to be made. We have resorted to sleeping on the floor many nights. My husband can barely getting up for work. It is a nightmare mattress. I want Dreams to come and take this mattress away!! I don't even want my money even though it would have been worth it to toss that money into a drain. I have NEVER given such a poor review before. Take heed. Never ever purchase this garbage if you value your health. I've had enough. It will be tossed in the garbage and I am going back to a trusted orthopaedic mattress. I cannot emphasise how much nishu mattress has ruined our sleep and our day for that matter over 1 and half years. I've put up with it because of the price I paid. But really no amount of money is worth screwing up my health for. NEVER AGAIN. EVEN IF I WAS PAID TO SLEEP ON THIS BRAND MATTRESS FLAT OUT. NO.

Initially a great mattress, did leave me a little warm but a great night sleep. After 8 months it started to dip lacking a high point in the middle. We had a Dreams "Independent Inspector " come round who said it was within tolerances (measured with nobody laying on the mattress). 3 months later, it was worse so i got another visit from their Inspector. He gave me the exact same answer, i told him that i done levitate over the bed but actually last on it, and when i do it sinks. He replied that he could see that, but here at Dreams, that's not how we measure a faulty mattress! Absolutely disgusting customer service, my next step is to go into our local store and have it out with the Manager for being sold a dodgy product. Steer clear people!!

I’ve had a Hyde and sleep memory foam mattress since 2017, when it had its own website (I believe it stopped that and moved back under the dreams umbrella, and also stopped selling pure memory foam mattresses for a while, due to the terrible feedback). It was initially comfortable but soon developed deep dips where I was sleeping, despite being turned regularly. It’s also incredibly hot. I continued with it as I do find memory foam the only sort of mattress that alleviates my lower back pain, but after less than 5 years it’s dipped so badly the back pain is back. And now I’ve got to a certain age and am sleeping hotter it’s unbearable. Am about to throw it out and will never buy from a Dreams brand again.

Brought in 2018 and it’s just unbearable to sleep on now, like everyone else it’s obviously a common problem and the company is just the absolute worst. 10 year guarantee my a*se! Quite clearly aren’t sticking by this because everyone who has a someone come out to look say that the dips aren’t deep enough to be deemed faulty or damaged...currently feels like Sleeping in a grave. Such a waste of money that we don’t have to be replacing a few years down the line. Should be on watchdog!

Hyde and Sleep mattresses are worthless after only 2.5 years. It was a bad decision since day one, as it is not as breathable as the company promises. It makes you feel very hot. Now, after only two and a half years of use we will have to throw it away, as the foam has lost its shape, it is bumpy, and I wake up everyday with pain in my neck and back. We bought it directly from their webpage and it does not exists any more. I cannot found any contact from the company, only distributors. We spent £600, and it supposedly had guaranty for 10 years. But now chequing my mails I realised they never sent a an invoice or information in the guarantee. They only sent the order summary. I feel cheeted!

Like others, started off good but after a year there are definite indentations, these make it really difficult to get out of the bed - you have to climb over the "lumps". Tried to contact company for review and complaint but no contact as yet!

I purchased this mattress 12 months after having some back problems with an older cheap spring mattress i used to use. When i first got it, WOW it was fantastic, it made a massive difference and sleep was great. However after 6 months, i noticed that the mattress would not really "spring back" to its normal position, I rotated the mattress and for another 6 months this was fine. However, after that, again, dipping. The mattress is now basically F***** and i wake up with a sore neck and back due to the fact it has a huge dip it. I weigh 14 stone, hardly obese for a bloke, and my back is killing me. I will contact dreams, but from what i have read, they don't seem to do s*** all.

After less than 9 months use the mattress has developed a permanent 5cm + dip in my body position. This seems to be a common fault with Hyde & Sleep mattresses so look elsewhere. I will attempt to obtain a refund of my £737 but, looking at the exeperience of others, success seems unlikely!

Bought the pocket sprung hybrid king size mattress in 2018. It was great, supportive and comfy medium firm which I like. However as per other reviews after the first year start feeling a v small indentation generally around where the heavier part of the body lies (regular rotating seems to help to delay this a bit). I'm only 50kg so am a bit surprised. After 2 years I could feel more dipped even after some regular rotation. And it feels more like medium to soft, I was getting more restless night due to achy back, and I'm relatively lightweight. Upon checking warranty it says dip of no more than an inch is considered to be normal so I didn't bother to do anything. And then it just getting softer and softer over the next two years or so. The only spot I could tolerate now is the middle ridge which is still kinda firm ish. But as soon as I roll onto my side I'll fall into the dip and struggle to roll back out. Not to mention I'd have to kick my partner off. Visually I can see the two area where they dip but still not exceeding an inch which means I can't claim the warranty? It's v soft around those area. So yep. Thought I'd pay more to buy something better and with 10 years warranty which can't really be claimed anyway, should perhaps stick with IKEA mattress and get a good topper instead.

Bought our bed from Dreams which came with the ‘Blueberry’ Hyde & Sleep mattress, was pretty firm to start with then a few months down the line we got the dipping issues , now we have an expensive mattress which is no better than sleeping on the wooden floor down stairs. Will be getting rid and going for a Simba , Emma or Otty I think!

Rubbish…complete waste of money. Spent over £600 on a mattress and pillows. Mattress developed huge dents where we slept and a ‘ridge’ in the middle. The company didn’t reply to any emails either. Never again - we both ended up with bad backs as a result

We brought two Hyde and Sleep pillows from Dreams about 2 months ago. Cost £100. Initially they were very firm and comfortable with great neck support. Now they have lost about 50% bulk and are so uncomfortable they cannot be used. So I called the store at Middlebrook Horwich for advice on maintenance and care. They could not help and seemed to focus on the non return policy but and put me in trouch with Dreams customer service. They too put much focus on non return and told me to contact the store for more information about how to care for the pillows !!!! This is very poor customer service. Hyde and Sleep are a Dreams subsiduary but Dreams staff are not able to provide product help. We will be going to Bensons for the new mattress !!
