“I've no idea what HydraHub is but I would like to express how unhappy I am with the appalling customer service I have recently received when I had a leak in my water dispenser. When an engineer finally came to repair this, as I had suspected, it was all down to a leak in the watertrail which was well overdue for being replaced. Despite asking many times, noone can tell me when the last one was sent and these are part of my contract. Furthermore, despite asking that this was sent out to me to try myself, whilst waiting for the engineer, I was told I had to have an engineer. The watertrails are part of my contract and never used to need to be fitted by an engineer. Then, without even letting me know, the system changed and I have to request them. It's all beyond frustrating and now to top it all the water has a nasty taste to it.”
“My order never arrived. Order #6218. I called customer service and reported that the water was delivered somewhere else. I told them the photo provided showed that it was in fact delivered somewhere else. No one ever tried to call to correct the issue and I still don’t have the water that I paid for.”

“Good unit and gets cold quite quickly but does not function correctly with the larger 18.9L bottles, it kept getting airlocked. A replacement was sent but exact same issues. Works with 10L bottles and is a good budget cooler for the home. As for longevity it remains to be seen as we've only had it a week or so.”
