“Delivered promptly, easy to order. The only thing I would say is that the empty bottles was not taken back when delivery of new water bottles was delivered and now there is loads of empty bottles hanging around.”
“I bought the slim cooler and it is great. It doesn’t take up a lot of room and has worked well since purchased. Delivery for water bottles is also very fast. However, for residential purchases, the additional water bottles seem a bit expensive. Only the 10L bottles are available instead of the larger commercial bottles so we go through them quite quickly and have to buy at least 6 at a time, which take up a lot of room and defeats the purpose of having a slim machine to save space. You can’t return the bottles or refill them anywhere so you can only recycle them. I would suggest the company consider offering larger bottles as an option and providing a bottle return service maybe with a discount on buying new bottles when delivering, plus perhaps providing a way to refill the bottles (though that is more difficult).”
“While not the most affordable option, the service is seamless and efficient. It would be significantly improved if delivery could be made directly to the apartment door using the building’s elevator.”
