“We have had our drinking water delivered by Eden Springs for several years. Eden Springs was fast and reliable. This is not the case since the change to HydraHub. It has now changed from Royal Mail to a single man in a van, who was 4 days late and refused to bring the containers to the house as they were too heavy. I am a 60 years old woman. I ended up helping him lift them out of the van onto my drive and he left. I transported them to the house myself. The water itself is still great quality.”
“Drinking water from this machine is very convenient. But I have noticed it states the water is free from chlorine yet on the delivery box which states the water content it states Chlorine as part of the content. This is rather confusing. Pls explain the contradiction.”

“Your service is not good. Order are incomplete, they sent damaged bottles . Packaging wrapped on tape . Overall no good services was much better when you used the bigger water bottles and the quality of water I think was better.”

We believe your bottles were damaged in shipping as this is not how we would send bottles out from our site. “Good unit and gets cold quite quickly but does not function correctly with the larger 18.9L bottles, it kept getting airlocked. A replacement was sent but exact same issues. Works with 10L bottles and is a good budget cooler for the home. As for longevity it remains to be seen as we've only had it a week or so.”
