We like two things, People and Hydroponics. We all genuinely enjoy our jobs and really appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to not disappoint you so once you have paid for something, we realise it belongs to you... Why not get it to you ASAP! Not everything can be packed or made to ship in 4 hours but over 90% do (often 100%). We are people, and we shop online. Its terrible when people take a week to dispatch something. OMG! We do have supplier issues sometimes, so if it says backorder we are expecting it and will get it to you as soon as we can.
Also we like to create new products so keep checking us out.

“I have purchased from hydrocentre twice now, and hands down they are the best hydro store I’ve dealt with. Prompt on receiving the order, and shipping it out. Great deals, and a fine selection of products. I highly recommend them.”

“I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon & received it the following Monday. So that means these guys (Hydrocentre) received my order, packaged it, posted and sent it from their shop in Queensland and it arrived at my front door in Sydney within 4 & a half days, that is brilliant. 99% of the hydro shops in Sydney couldn't get it to me in double that amount of time. It was also very reasonably priced & the staff were super helpful & friendly. I'll definitely be using them for all my hydro needs in the future & I recommend anyone reading this review should definitely use them too. ....Thanks Hydrocentre”
